GLOBAL WEEK

Hello beautiful people, so today away from the traditional blog posts I bring a fun-day post (expect more non-traditional posts this year). This week is global week in Uni and Stephanie and myself represented Nigeria on Tuesday the 16th. She prepared a tasty jollof rice which she got loads of compliments on and I made puff puff, the whole day was full of fun and laughter and thought I should share (Please forgive the picture quality have no idea what is going on).

Other events included Indian dancing, Malaysian food, Ghana cultural display, Pakistani/Dubai food, Henna, Chinese writing and of course Nigerian food. And did I mention everything was free?!

Shall I just say how happy we were that Ghanaians didn’t cook jollof as well, cos there would have been the never-ending battle of Nigerian vs Ghanaian jollof. LOL
