Family feud

I was watching family feud the other day and basically, it involves 2 families competing against each other for the sum of $20000. So, the host Steve Harvey asks a question and any family representative who hits the button first gets to answer the question. In this episode, Steve asked “name something a woman does to her baby…..” Booozzzeee a lady hit the button, “change his diapers” she replied quickly before her time was out. Long story short, she failed the question and Steve Harvey calmly looked at her and said “you would have waited to hear the rest of the question” He asked again, “name something a woman does to her baby that she does to her husband”. Thinking about the woman’s initial answer, everyone including herself bursted out laughing going by how hilarious her answer was.

Indeed there are times in our lives when we feel like God is too slow and we are in a hurry, He assures us that he knows what is ahead of us and what awaits us at the ‘turn’ on this journey. He explains slow and steady wins the race but many atimes we feel we can only trust ourselves and assume we already know what awaits us ahead but truth of the manner is; it is only a mirage. Only God knows the end from the beginning and all the lies the devil tells us which results in constant worry and sleepless nights will not harm us if only we will ‘wait for God to read out the question before we try to answer it’.
